Description
HMR Architects coordinated with Sacramento County, many Sub-Consultants, and a variety of retail owners to successfully complete this Sacramento renovation. A river, representational of the Sacramento River and designed by HMR, leads those who choose to follow its path to numerous retail shops and free-standing food service outlets for which HMR provided tenant improvements under contract with each individual owner.
