HMR has converted and remodeled many of Rubio’s existing restaurants. These tenant improvement projects have resulted in a new look for the dining area, remodeled restrooms, kitchens, and exterior changes. HMR has also worked with Rubio’s on new full build outs in existing shell tenant spaces.
